The client for a Construction Draw Video is a lender for a construction project.

Every month the general contractor will request a draw from the lender according to the construction completed for that month. Each month's draw is that portion of the funding that covers the materials and labor scheduled for that month. The lending institution sends an inspector to verify the stated work has been completed as claimed by the contractor. When a Construction Draw Video is used the inspector is accompanied by a videographer so the home office can literally see the work attested to in the inspector's report. A picture is worth a thousand words. If the work is not up to specifications, a video recording of it with the date and time showing is legal evidence that stands up in court.
