Courtroom Presentations
In the course of the Video Recorded Deposition the opposing counsel frequently states objections. Since the judge is not present to rule on these objections, the deponent is usually required to answer the question. After the deposition is completed, the original recording and the court reporter's transcript is given to the judge to review and rule on the objections. Objections that the judge sustains must be redacted with their answers from the testimony. This is never done on the original recording, which must stay intact. CDSC LEGAL VIDEO edits out the sustained objections and their answers and creates a Presentation Video Recording of the deposition to play before the jury. You can have this recording in VHS or DVD format, as you prefer.
As it is usually not practical for counsel to furnish, let alone operate, the electronic presentation equipment all while making a case, CDSC LEGAL VIDEO has monitors, video decks, visualizers, operators and all the necessary accessories for showing your Presentation Video Recording clearly and conveniently before the judge and jury.
An economical aspect of Courtroom Presentations is that you can work out an arrangement with opposing counsel for them to show their video evidence also, and you split with them the cost of the equipment and the operator.
