The client for a Pre-construction Survey is a governmental body, or a general contractor, preparing to execute a major construction project.

Often when heavy construction equipment is deployed there are post-construction claims of surrounding infrastructure or neighborhood damage allegedly caused by the project. The Pre-construction Survey is a thorough video examination of the property and surrounding streets, sidewalks and other visible existing improvements, such as homes, outbuildings, office buildings, bridges, and other built items. If there is a crack or irregularity that exists before the project begins, it will be captured and documented on video for your protection.
